What a pleasure it was to work with such appreciative clients, a talented architect, creative interior designers, and a team of exceptional craftsman on this French country home. We had the pleasure of traveling to Seattle prior to breaking ground in order to view and measure antique pieces that were purchased in France specifically for this Jock Sewall design. We were able to thoroughly understand the client’s vision and then met the challenge to bring it all to life. This house is perfectly adapted to its Stonehouse Lane environment with the extensive use of native, hand hewn sandstone and flagstone terraces. Although the building envelope presented some challenges on this site, the final product is unparalleled in quality. The expert finish work on this home is the hallmark of a Clause Construction project.
