"As the project architect, I appreciated Dan's attention to design concerns which most General Contractor's overlook and specifically his care for proper execution of the details."

This Mediterranean treasure by Don Nulty became reality through a successful collaborative effort between contractor, homeowner and architect. Nulty’s creative design captures that old world feel with the use of integral colored plaster on both interior and exterior walls. Some of the unique features of this home include hand worked wrought iron balcony railings, a rope-like “twisted” steel stair rail, distressed and pickled wood finishes, and a beautifully executed whimsical tile mural in the master bath. A radiant heat system under the beautiful walnut flooring and French limestone tile floors add a warm and cozy feel to this Mediterranean haven.
